Job summary

Goodstart Delacombe is seeking a Senior Educator and Educational Leader to collaborate with Educators to observe and enhance educational programs for children. You will lead changes and champion excellence in practice, guided by the EYLF, with strong support from the centre leadership team.

The role offers pay parity with state primary school teachers, an Educational Leader Allowance, and extensive family-friendly benefits including parental leave and discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check

Pay: $41.74 - $43.00 + Educational Leader Allowance $2.81 per hour additional

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need:
