Goodstart Carrum Downs - Hall Rd is seeking an Educational Leader to join our centre in Melbourne. This full-time role (38 hours per week, rotating rosters) focuses on observing, reviewing and enhancing educational programs, and applying the Early Years Learning Framework with the centre leadership team.

You will be paid on par with state primary school teachers, receive an Educational Leader Allowance and Super, plus benefits such as childcare fee discounts, paid parental leave, and ongoing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education with knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading change in education is preferred.

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Our service operates 7:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday open every weekday of the year, except public holidays

You’ll need:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
