Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Regional Victoria is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our centres located across the VIC region. The role involves delivering high-quality early learning programs, ensuring safety and inclusivity while engaging with children, families and staff.

You should have a Cert III in Early Childhood Education, at least 2 years of experience, a current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification, and a solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Educator - Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.
• You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Role: Early Childhood Educator

Location: Regional Victoria, VIC - All centres are located within the Regional Victoria area in the VIC

Salary Range: Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
