Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Educational Leader in the Berwick area to lead and elevate practice across an early learning centre. The role involves mentoring teams, overseeing curriculum delivery, and ensuring high-quality educational outcomes in line with EYLF.

You will work with the Centre Leadership Team to support educator development, documentation, and compliant practices, fostering a collaborative and professional learning environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master of Early Childhood Education.
• Current Employee Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum quality and EYLF alignment across the service.
• Mentor educators and Room Leaders through coaching and professional discussions.
• Oversee documentation, programming cycles, and family communications.
• Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team on daily operations.
