Job summary

ANZUK Education in Malvern, VIC, is seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead a team of educators in delivering child-centred learning aligned with EYLF and VEYLDF.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent), has WWC check, first aid, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and collaborative practice within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Strong understanding of EYLF and VEYLDF
• Experience as Room Leader or senior educator
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to deliver child-centred learning reflecting EYLF and VEYLDF
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
