Goodstart Bentleigh East – South Road is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educational Leader for a full-time, 14-month fixed-term position. You will collaborate with educators to observe, review and enhance early learning programs, guiding EYLF implementation and ensuring alignment with NQS.

Employment Type: Full Time, 14-month Fixed-Term Position

Pay: $41.78 - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + $2.81 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood professional ready to lead educational excellence? Goodstart Bentleigh East - South Road is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educational Leader to join our team on a full-time, 14-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of leave.

• Full-time position
• 14-month fixed-term contract covering a leave period
• Rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm , in line with centre operating hours

You'll Need
