Job summary

Goodstart Yarrawonga is seeking an Educational Leader to work with educators to observe and continually enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will deepen understanding of child development and guide the Early Years Learning Framework implementation, partnering with the centre leadership to drive excellence in practice.

You’ll lead curriculum development, support staff growth, and advocate for best-practice pedagogy across the team, all while contributing to the organisation’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) and knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading change in education is a plus.

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You'll need:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current VIC Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
