Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Kallangur, QLD is hiring an Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher to lead educational practice within the centre. You’ll collaborate with Educators to observe and enhance the program, deepen understanding of child development, and guide EYLF implementation.

A strong background in leadership, EYLF, and quality standards is essential. The role includes leading change with the centre leadership team, supporting staff success, and promoting excellence in practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) required.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (WCC).
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training and advanced certificate via Geccko.

• Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to strengthen child development outcomes.

Role:Early Childhood Teacher-Educational Leader

Location: Kallangur QLD (Located on the traditional lands of the Kabi Kabi, Jinibara & Turrbal people)

Centre: Goodstart Kallangur - Duffield Road West

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (38hrs a week)

Pay: $47.61 - $71.79 per hr - Depending on Experience and Qualification + EL allowance + super

You’ll need:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLD Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training AND the advanced certificate, completed via Geccko platform
