Goodstart Carrum Downs - Hall Rd is seeking an Educational Leader for a full-time role (38 hours per week) with rotating rosters. You will lead change, observe and enhance educational programs, and align practice with the Early Years Learning Framework.

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll Need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
