Job summary

Goodstart Kallangur-Duffield Road West is seeking an Educational Leader in an ongoing full-time role. You will collaborate with Educators to observe and enhance programs, guiding EYLF implementation and supporting centre leaders to drive excellence in practice.

You will lead transformative changes, support professional growth, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for children across the centre. This role offers permanent full-time hours and a competitive pay scale.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Understanding of National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Observe, review and enhance educational programs at the centre.
• Guide application of EYLF and lead practice improvements.

Centre: Goodstart Kallangur - Duffield Road West

Employment Type : Permanent Full Time (38hrs a week)

Pay: $47.61 - $71.79 per hr - Depending on Experience and Qualification + EL allowance + super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training AND the advanced certificate, completed via Geccko platform
