Goodstart Oxley, QLD is seeking a Senior Educator – Educational Leader to lead practice uplift and champion educational excellence. This permanent full‑time role supports educators, mentors teams and drives quality outcomes for children while aligning with EYLF and NQS standards.

Goodstart Oxley, QLD (located on the traditional lands of the Yugara and Yugarabul Peoples)

Permanent Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week (must be available between 6:00am and 6:00pm)

Up to $43.00 per hour + $2.81 per hour Educational Leader Allowance + Super + Benefits

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Experience leading practice improvements and supporting educator development
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building educator capability
