Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning – Maroochydore is seeking a Lead Educator to take charge of your own room, mentor a team of Educators and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices. A Diploma in Early Childhood and a current QLD Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
