Job summary

University of New South Wales – Kensington NSW is seeking a Technology Manager, Education Solutions to lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of learning technology applications and systems. The role focuses on shaping the enterprise learning technology service and delivery model for staff and students, ensuring security, reliability and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience working with learning management ecosystems, including the applications, integrations and services that support them.
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycles and delivery methods, including agile and waterfall.
• Experience managing application portfolios and technology lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of applications and systems across UNSW’s learning technology ecosystem.
• Shape the service and delivery model for enterprise learning technologies to support staff and students.
• Collaborate with developers, technology teams and stakeholders to align services with changing university needs.
• Guide delivery using product-led practices and connect technical detail with functional requirements.
