Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Technology Manager, Education Solutions, to lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of applications within our learning technology ecosystem. You will shape enterprise learning technologies and delivery models to provide staff and students with a seamless and scalable digital learning experience.

Reporting to the Head of Education Solutions, you will bring expertise in governance and support models, align services with the University’s changing needs, and

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management ecosystems including applications, integrations and services that support them.
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycles and delivery methods (agile and waterfall).
• Experience managing application portfolios and technology lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of applications and systems across UNSW's learning technology ecosystem.
• Shape the service and delivery model for enterprise learning technologies to provide a seamless, scalable digital experience.
• Collaborate with developers, technology teams and business stakeholders to align services with University needs and apply product-led practices.

As Technology Manager, Education Solutions, you will lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of applications and systems across UNSW's new learning technology ecosystem.

You will help shape the service and delivery model for enterprise learning technologies, supporting a seamless, engaging and scalable digital learning experience for staff and students.

Reporting to the Head of Education Solutions, you will bring expertise in enterprise learning technology management, governance and support models. You will work with developers, technology teams and business stakeholders to align services with the University's changing needs and guide delivery using product-led practices.

Your ability to connect technical detail with functional requirements will help ensure the learning technology ecosystem remains secure, reliable and fit for purpose.

You will also help shape how technology teams work in an educational environment. This includes improving delivery practices, supporting effective resourcing, building a high-performing culture and strengthening collaboration across UNSW.

You Will Bring
