Job summary

Jomablue in Ultimo, NSW is seeking an Education Manager to lead and scale our education ecosystem for staff, contractors, customers and partners. You will own the learning strategy, define delivery frameworks (LMS, micro-learning, live sessions, certifications) and ensure a consistent, data-driven approach aligned with our product-led growth vision.

In a small team, you’ll manage a team, drive certification pathways, partner with product and customer teams, and champion continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design, enablement, or education program management in SaaS, technology, or events environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning methodologies.
• Experience managing and optimising LMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable learning programs across formats (written, video, interactive, live).
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and content quality oversight skills.
• Skilled facilitator, comfortable delivering training and coaching others.
• Analytical and data-driven, with metrics to evaluate training impact.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across learning materials.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for scalable learning ecosystems.
• Pragmatic, hands-on—balance strategy with execution.
• Proactive problem solver in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching education strategy, aligning training initiatives with business goals across internal, customer, and partner audiences.
• Define the framework for education delivery (LMS, micro-learning, live sessions, certification programs, and knowledge base) to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Act as the business owner of the Learning Management System, maintaining a high-quality learning experience across audiences.
• Define and uphold consistent standards for all learning delivery—repeatable, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with workstream owners on the design of continuous learning programs for team members.
• Develop structured certification pathways to assess product knowledge.
• Partner with team leaders to standardize and document operational processes and support a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage and support a team of direct reports, providing day-to-day guidance, performance oversight, and professional development to foster a high-performing team.
