Little Learners Love Literacy is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support schools across Australia from our Surrey Hills, VIC hub. This hands-on sales role involves understanding school needs, demonstrating resources, and guiding customers through the full implementation journey.

You’ll work with Marketing, Customer Service, Product and Learning teams to grow our school base, respond to inquiries, and secure long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer success or account management.
• Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
• Confident in sales conversations and closing opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up leads from various channels.
• Build relationships with teachers and school leaders to understand needs.
• Explain and demonstrate teaching resources, decodable books, assessments, digital products and PL.
• Proactively identify prospective schools and tailor product/service combinations.
• Prepare quotes and guide schools from interest to purchase and setup.
• Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot with accurate data.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Implementation Coaches and Customer Service to ensure smooth handover.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and experiences.
