Job summary

Little Learners Love Literacy is seeking an Implementation Coach to help educators confidently adopt our evidence-based literacy program, spanning Australia and beyond. The role blends office work, school-based coaching, and online professional learning, with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours.

You will coach teachers and leaders, create resources, deliver professional learning content, and support consistent program implementation across year levels to improve literacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and current Working with Children Check or teacher registration.
• Primary teaching experience, Foundation–Year 2 beneficial.
• Experience coaching or providing professional learning to educators.
• Ability to translate evidence into practical classroom advice.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with teachers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and school leaders to implement Little Learners Love Literacy.
• Provide coaching and implementation support online and in person.
• Design and deliver structured coaching programs and partnerships.
• Help schools maintain consistency and fidelity across year levels.
• Deliver professional learning through workshops, webinars, and self-paced modules.
• Develop high-quality learning content for the online hub and resources.
• Turn recurring questions into scalable resources for educators.
• Collaborate with Professional Learning and Customer Success teams to improve support for schools.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service for a smooth school experience.

Are you a primary teacher with a passion for literacy, ready to take your expertise beyond one classroom? Every child deserves to learn to read, write and spell with confidence. At Little Learners Love Literacy® we give schools across Australia, New Zealand and beyond the tools to make that happen, and we’re looking for an Implementation Coach to help educators confidently put evidence-based literacy instruction into practice using the Little Learners Love Literacy® program.

About the role

Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, you’ll work directly with teachers and school leaders to support the successful implementation of the Little Learners Love Literacy program and resources. You’ll provide practical coaching and Professional Learning, help schools work through implementation challenges, and contribute to the development of high-quality professional learning content and resources.

This is a varied role for an experienced primary educator who loves supporting other teachers. As our coaching business grows, the balance of your work will evolve, with opportunities to work directly with schools as well as create professional learning that supports educators at scale.

What you’ll do

• Support teachers and school leaders to confidently implement Little Learners Love Literacy.
• Provide practical coaching and implementation support to schools, both online and in person.
• Design and deliver structured coaching programs, including our Partnership programs.
• Help schools strengthen consistency and fidelity of implementation across classrooms and year levels.
• Work with schools to solve implementation challenges and identify appropriate next steps.
• Deliver professional learning, including workshops, webinars and targeted sessions for schools.
• Develop high-quality professional learning content for our online Professional Learning Hub, including self-paced learning modules, videos, webinars and practical implementation resources.
• Turn recurring questions and challenges from schools into useful resources that can support educators at scale.
• Work collaboratively with our Professional Learning and broader Customer Success team to continually improve the support we provide schools.
• Work with our Sales and Customer Service teams so schools have a smooth, connected experience.
• Share insights from your work with schools to help inform our professional learning, products and broader customer experience.

What you’ll bring

Essential:

• A teaching qualification and current Working with Children Check or teacher registration
• Primary teaching experience, ideally in Foundation–Year 2
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based literacy instruction and systematic synthetic phonics
• Experience supporting, mentoring, coaching or providing professional learning to other educators
• The ability to translate evidence and theory into clear, practical classroom advice
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, and confidence working with teachers and school leaders
• The ability to develop engaging, high-quality professional learning content and resources
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage different projects and priorities
• A collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to contribute across a varied role
• A genuine commitment to improving literacy outcomes for all children

Desirable:

• Experience implementing and teaching with Little Learners Love Literacy
• Experience in an instructional coaching or literacy leadership role, or supporting whole-school literacy implementation
• Experience developing online professional learning, webinars, video or other digital learning content
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, tools such as HubSpot, LearnWorlds and Canva
