Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton is seeking a part‑time Recruitment Officer based in Rockhampton. The role supports recruitment and workforce attraction across the Diocese, managing advertisements, communications and candidate records. You will work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver promotional materials and events.

The position is 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with an hourly rate of AUD 37.01 to AUD 38.17 plus 12.75% superannuation. Applications close 6 November 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment administration and coordinating recruitment activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional recruitment adverts and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience with recruitment marketing, databases and CRM/recruitment systems.
• Proactive team player with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Commitment to Catholic Education values and workforce attraction.
