Job summary

Balcombe Grammar School – Mount Martha VIC is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join the IT team and deliver high-quality technology support across the School. You will work with staff and students to ensure reliable, secure technology for teaching, learning and daily operations.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide first-level support, troubleshoot across Windows and Apple devices, and assist with deployments using Autopilot and Intune, while contributing to ongoing IT

Qualifications

• Proven customer-focused IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications.
• Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Current right to work in Australia and WWCC/Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to staff and students via Service Desk, phone, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user-access issues; escalate when needed.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance and management of Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune.
• Support Apple iOS device fleet and classroom technologies.
• Maintain staff and student laptops; manage hardware warranty processes.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user accounts.
• Support applications including Microsoft 365, Office, Adobe, Schoolbox, Synergetic.
• Assist with Wi-Fi, printers, and security systems.
