FUJIFILM BI Australia is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney (Hybrid) to drive growth across education customers. You will own a portfolio, win new business, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.

You will lead with print, managed services, and digital workflow solutions while delivering strong commercial outcomes. The role requires building trusted relationships and navigation of complex organisations.

Formación

• Proven success in B2B account management and new business development within education, print or similar industries.
• Ability to identify customer needs, articulate value, negotiate effectively and close opportunities in a solution-led B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio, pipeline, forecasting and territory planning with revenue targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
• Interpret customer data and identify improvement opportunities for business outcomes.
• Understanding of government procurement environments and contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of education accounts, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Build partnerships with procurement, finance, IT, operations and executives.
• Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements with governance compliance.
• Collaborate with solution specialists and delivery teams for seamless implementations.
