Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Bacchus Marsh, VIC, seeks an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators in a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. This permanent, part-time role offers 19 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

You’ll foster a flexible, community-focused environment and build strong relationships with local schools and families while delivering a high-quality program.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who guides a team and fosters growth.
• Willing to obtain national police check (we will cover).
• State working-with-children check required.
• Australian working rights required.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification or equivalent EDU accreditation in VIC per ACECQA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, child-centered program with engaging activities (STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts).
• Own roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Receive mentorship from regional managers and support staff to develop leadership skills.

Join us at Coimadai service near Bacchus Marsh, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers19 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
