Junior Adventures Group in Coimadai near Bacchus Marsh is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for a 19-hour/week role (3:00–6:00pm, Mon–Fri Active Stay and Play). You will lead Educators and run a child-centered after-school program for ages 5–12, with admin duties included.

This permanent, part-time position offers strong regional support, paid training, and opportunities for growth within JAG. Australian working rights required.

This permanent, part-time role offers 19 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You'll work Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play). About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you'll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts-all designed to inspire and engage. You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks-all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
