Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators in a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will oversee rosters, operations and compliance while fostering teamwork and growth.

You will be supported by Regional Managers and an office team, with opportunities for paid training and career progression within JAG.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who guides a team and grows others.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (paid by us).
• State Working-with-Children check required.
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification in VIC ACECQA framework or progress towards it.

We are now accepting expressions of interest to join us at our service(s) in the Frankston area as an OSHC Coordinator and lead our team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role will see you working split shifts, Monday to Friday approx: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) with additional non contact admin hours included.

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts - all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks - all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
