Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Coimadai is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for a permanent, part-time role. You’ll lead a team of Educators, oversee an after-school program for children aged 5-12, and work 19 hours per week with 4 admin hours.

Work daily 3:00-6:00pm, enjoy a flexible schedule, and benefit from competitive pay up to $40 per hour plus super. Regional support, loyalty bonuses, and parental leave options help you balance life and career.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with ability to guide a team and support growth.
• Willingness to obtain national police check (covered by us).
• State Working-with-Children check complete or in process.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification or progress to complete.

Join us at Coimadai service near Bacchus Marsh, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers19 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts— all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
