Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Coimadai (near Bacchus Marsh) seeks an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators for an after-school program. This permanent, part-time role is 19 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, with Monday–Friday shifts 3:00–6:00pm (Stay and Play).

This flexible role emphasizes leadership, building school and family connections, and delivering a safe, engaging program for children aged 5–12.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Educators in an engaging before- and after-school program.
• Oversee roster, day-to-day operations and ensure program compliance.
• Foster teamwork and growth with mentorship from regional managers.
• Handle admin tasks and contribute to program development.
• Support strong relationships with schools and local families.

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts— all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications
