Junior Adventures Group (JAG) Bella Vista OSHC is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12.

This permanent, full-time role covers split shifts, Monday to Friday, with 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, and includes 10 paid admin hours. Competitive pay up to $43 per hour plus super, plus bonuses and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of educators in child care or OSHC settings.
• Willingness to obtain required checks (Police/Working with Children).
• Commitment to child safety and program quality.

Responsibilities

Join us at Bella Vista OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, fulltime role offers38 hours per week, including 10 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
