Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an energetic Coordinator to lead a thriving OSHC service in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor Educators and build strong relationships with families and schools.

Join a supportive national network with mentoring from Regional Managers, permanent hours, and clear career pathways toward Area Manager while making a real difference in children's lives every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC, education, childcare or children's services.
• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children
• VIC Diploma-Level ACECQA qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC

As Coordinator, you'll be trusted to lead the day-to-day running of your service while creating an environment where children, families and educators thrive. This isn't a role where you're left to figure things out alone.You'll have support from experienced Regional Managers, a dedicated state team and a national organisation that genuinely invests in its people.

On a day to day / week to week you will;
