Jobgether in Australia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support onboarding and implementation of educational technology solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate projects, advise on configurations and integrations, and guide stakeholders through change management in a remote-first, globally collaborative environment.

This role blends project management, technical know-how, and customer engagement as you connect customers with internal teams and help maximize value

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in educational technology or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confident presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding consultants and internal stakeholders for smooth implementations.
• Lead or participate in client meetings and communicate updates to teams.
• Advise on configuration, integrations, and LMS-related requirements.
• Assist with change management and best practices for adoption.
