Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Australia-based remote work to support onboarding and implementation of academic integrity and assessment technology for APAC clients. You will coordinate with onboarding and product teams, ensuring smooth technical setup and adoption while balancing timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in educational technology or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and compelling presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to benefit the customer.
• Proven capability in managing high-level relationships within an institution or system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in Higher Education market preferred.
• Experience with third-party integrations preferred.
• Experience with AI solutions and/or automation tools preferred.
• Familiarity with ethical use of AI in education and privacy guidance preferred.
• Ability to travel for on-site client visits or conferences as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Onboarding Consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor project plans and timelines using scheduling tools; drive deliverables.
• Lead virtual or onsite meetings and communicate with team members.
• Act as expert in Turnitin products and LMS integrations for customers.
• Deliver administrator orientations to clients; ensure effective adoption.
• Assess clients’ educational, assessment and technical needs to optimize configurations.
• Serve as liaison between customers and technical teams about updates and improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, UX, product management, and engineering.
• Support sales with integration-related questions requiring specialist advice.
• Facilitate interactions with Support, Onboarding and other customer-facing teams.
