Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver onboarding and implementation support across the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and advise on LMS integrations to ensure customers maximize product value.

This role emphasizes AI/automation familiarity and strong collaboration across teams. Remote-first culture with global benefits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in educational technology in roles such as Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, onboarding specialist, vendor account manager, or related.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and compelling presentation skills (online and in-person).
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams for customer benefit.
• Proven capability in managing high-level relationships within an institution or system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in the Higher Education market strongly preferred.
• Experience with third-party integrations strongly preferred.
• Experience working with AI solutions and/or automation tools strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ethical use of AI in education, including privacy and academic integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Onboarding Consultants and internal stakeholders for smooth technical implementation.
• Monitor project plans using scheduling tools and drive timelines.
• Lead virtual and onsite meetings and distribute communications to teams.
• Act as an expert and trusted advisor in Turnitin products and LMS integrations.
• Deliver administrator orientations to new and existing clients.
• Assess customers' educational, assessment and technical needs to optimize configuration.
• Liaise between customers and technical teams on updates and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, UX, product management, and engineering.
• Support the sales team with integration-related queries and oversight.
• Facilitate interactions with Support and Onboarding teams as needed.
• Develop onboarding processes and assist Account Management to prevent churn and increase uptake.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product team and pursue personal development.
