Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Australia with remote work options. You will deliver onboarding support across the Asia-Pacific region, coordinating calls, monitoring product adoption, and guiding change management for client institutions.

You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and solutions within the Onboarding and Professional Services group. The role requires strong communication, project management, and experience with LMS

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in educational technology in Implementation/Onboarding roles or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present online and in person
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to benefit customers
• Experience managing high-level relationships within an institution or system
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in Higher Education market preferred
• Experience with third-party integrations preferred
• Experience with AI solutions and/or automation tools preferred
• Familiarity with ethical use of AI in education and privacy considerations preferred
• Willingness to travel for on-site client visits or conferences as needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Onboarding Consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth technical implementation and manage client expectations
• Uses project scheduling tools to monitor plans and tasks; drives timelines and accountability
• Attends/leads virtual or onsite meetings and communicates with team members
• Acts as an expert and trusted advisor in Turnitin products and LMS integrations
• Delivers administrator orientations to new and existing clients
• Assesses customer educational, assessment and technical needs to optimize configuration and best practices
• Liaises between customers and technical teams on updates and improvements
• Partners with Sales, UX, product management, and engineering to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Supports sales with integration-related queries requiring specialist advice
• Facilitates customer interactions with Support and Onboarding teams as needed
• Helps develop onboarding processes and improves routines
• Collaborates with Account Management to reduce churn and increase uptake
• Provides customer feedback to Product team
• Invests in personal development
