Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the commercial performance of the online channel and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role owns day-to-day trading, promotional execution and onsite merchandising while partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Technology to drive online sales and margin growth.

Formación

• Experience in eCommerce, online trading or digital retail.
• Proven track record delivering online sales growth and commercial results.
• Experience managing promotional and trading calendars.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a business.
• Knowledge of digital analytics, conversion optimisation and online merchandising.
• Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms, ideally SAP Commerce Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily, weekly and monthly online trading performance.
• Develop and execute the online trade plan across promotions, campaigns and key retail events.
• Drive sales, conversion, traffic, average order value and profitability outcomes.
• Lead onsite merchandising across category, product and campaign experiences.
• Optimise site search, product discovery and the customer journey.
• Manage promotional execution, testing, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Partner with Technology on platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the eCommerce team.
