Job summary

Freedom Australia is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the commercial performance of our online channel from the North Ryde Support Centre. You will own daily trading, drive online sales growth and optimise the customer journey, while collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising and Technology teams.

You will lead promotions, onsite merchandising and analytics to deliver margin and customer experiences across our digital business.

Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce, online trading or digital retail.
Proven track record delivering online sales growth.
Experience managing promotional and trading calendars.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a business.
Knowledge of digital analytics, conversion optimisation and online merchandising.
Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms, ideally SAP Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own daily, weekly and monthly online trading performance.
Develop and execute the online trade plan across promotions, campaigns and key retail events.
Drive sales, conversion, traffic, average order value and profitability outcomes.
Lead onsite merchandising across category, product and campaign experiences.
Optimise site search, product discovery and the customer journey.
Manage promotional execution, testing, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
Partner with Technology on platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop the eCommerce team.
