Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a Systems and eCommerce Technical Specialist in Brisbane to own and improve core eCommerce, PIM, ERP and business systems across front-end and back-end platforms.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, you will configure, support, and integrate platforms, manage QA, releases and production deployments, and drive practical technical improvements. This is an in-office role based in Pinkenba, Brisbane with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, ERP, PIM and business systems.
• Front-end and back-end platform administration experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support core eCommerce, PIM, ERP and business systems.
• Maintain system performance, data integrity and platform availability.
• Deliver front-end enhancements, integrations, bug fixes and technical solutions.
• Design, maintain and troubleshoot integrations, data flows and migrations.
• Manage QA, SIT, UAT, regressions, releases and deployments.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement improvements.
