Job summary
RSEA Safety Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our technology team in Hurstville on a 12-month contract, with potential to convert to permanent. The role focuses on operating, optimizing and continuously improving our B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms.
You'll manage day-to-day platform operations, troubleshoot website and system issues, coordinate fixes with IT and external partners, and drive performance improvements across Commerce Vision, Pronto ERP,
Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, digital trading, platform operations or online merchandising.
- Strong working knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting website, platform and operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across RSEA's eCommerce platforms.
- Investigate and resolve website, checkout, order, content and platform issues.
- Configure promotions, merchandising rules and platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues across eCommerce systems, ERP and integrations.
- Coordinate fixes and enhancements with IT, vendors and external partners.
- Monitor integrations and scheduled processes and resolve failures.
- Test platform changes, integrations and fixes before release.
- Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
- Monitor digital trading and website performance.
- Prepare platform and operational reporting.
- Maintain platform documentation and operating procedures.
- Provide platform and process support across the eCommerce team.
