Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems and eCommerce Technical Specialist to own core business systems across frontend and backend platforms. You will support, administer and continuously improve eCommerce, PIM, ERP and integrations while contributing front-end development expertise.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, the role covers configuration, QA, release management, data migrations and production support with a focus on performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, ERP, PIM and business systems.
• Ability to configure and support front-end and back-end platforms.
• Understanding of website architecture and digital experiences.
• Experience with integrations, data flows and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience with QA, testing, deployments and release management.
• Strong documentation skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support core eCommerce, PIM, ERP and business systems.
• Maintain system performance, data integrity and platform availability.
• Deliver front-end enhancements, integrations and technical solutions.
• Design, maintain and troubleshoot integrations and data migrations.
• Manage QA, SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases and deployments.
• Investigate issues and implement lasting improvements; maintain technical docs.
