Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce operator with online sales growth experience.
• Strong Shopify expertise and online store optimization.
• Excellent project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid digital marketing knowledge including lifecycle & retention.
• Data-driven decision making with dashboards and insights.
• Experience managing external partners and agencies.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL/fulfillment for seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead major online store transformation and ecommerce growth initiatives.
• Own the ecommerce roadmap and feature delivery.
• Manage agency and partner relationships to maximise results.
• Analyse performance metrics, customer behavior and online trends.
• Drive direct-to-consumer growth and loyalty initiatives.
