Endless Digital Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Business Development Manager to own new client acquisition for our ecommerce marketing agency. You’ll prospect and close ecommerce brands across Australia, New Zealand and the US, running the full sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement.

This hands-on role requires a proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, and experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or CRO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, sales or account management within a digital, performance marketing or ecommerce agency.
• Experience generating leads with cold email/linkedin.
• Experience submitting proposals on Upwork.
• Experience with running paid ad funnels for lead/client acquisition on Meta.
• Proven record of hitting or beating targets with measurable numbers.
• Good understanding of paid media, ecommerce metrics (ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV) and DTC landscape.
• Confident consultative selling and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience running a structured outbound and inbound process in a CRM.
• Self-drive, commercial instinct and clean pipeline management.
• Comfort working with clients across Australia, New Zealand and US time zones.
• Existing network among ecommerce founders and marketers.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or CRO in sales talks.
• Experience pitching retainers or performance-based pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, freelancing platforms, paid ads/funnels, referrals and networking.
• Run discovery calls and diagnose where a brand is losing money.
• Turn insights into clear, commercial proposals with strategists.
• Present and negotiate retainer and performance-based pricing with founders and marketing leads.
• Manage your pipeline and reporting in CRM with timely follow-up.
• Represent Endless Digital at events, in online communities and on LinkedIn.
• Hand over new clients smoothly so onboarding starts strong.
• Feed market and competitor insights back to the team to sharpen our offer.
