Job summary

Thistle and Spire is seeking an organised Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to support daily ecommerce operations and our Rosebery office. You will own product updates in Shopify, handle customer enquiries, and help with campaigns, launches and admin tasks.

You’ll work closely with marketing to update the site, manage reviews and day-to-day ecommerce administration while growing your skills in ecommerce and digital marketing within a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Update and merchandise products in Shopify.
• Respond to customer enquiries across channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse for deliveries and returns.
• Support campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with photoshoots and website content updates.
• Collaborate with marketing on website updates and campaigns.
