Job summary

Thistle and Spire is seeking an organised Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to support daily ecommerce operations and our Rosebery office. You will own product updates in Shopify, handle customer enquiries, and help with campaigns, launches and admin tasks.

You’ll work closely with marketing to update the site, manage reviews and day-to-day ecommerce administration while growing your skills in ecommerce and digital marketing within a small, collaborative team.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our ecommerce business and Rosebery office.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining regular ecommerce and customer experience responsibilities with marketing projects, product launches and wider team support. You’ll have clear recurring tasks to own, while also contributing to projects across the business and pitching in where needed.

Key responsibilities include updating products in Shopify, responding to customer enquiries, coordinating with our warehouse, receiving deliveries, supporting campaigns and product launches, and helping with photoshoots.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team on website updates, launches and campaigns, while taking ownership of customer service, shopper reviews and day-to-day ecommerce administration.

This role would suit someone who loves organisation, enjoys variety and wants to build their experience in ecommerce and digital marketing. Training will be provided, with opportunities to expand your skillset and grow into the areas of marketing that interest you most.

Website and Ecommerce

• Upload, update and merchandise products within Shopify
• Maintain product information, imagery, collections and website content
• Assist with regular website refreshes, promotions and product launches
• Help identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience

Customer Experience

• Manage daily customer enquiries across email, social media and Gorgias
• Deliver thoughtful, efficient and on-brand customer service
• Respond to and manage customer reviews
• Help customers with sizing, fit, product information, returns and order enquiries
• Liaise with our third-party logistics partners to track shipments, resolve delivery issues and update orders
• Identify recurring customer questions or pain points and share insights with the wider team
• Help continuously improve the customer experience across our digital touchpoints

Office and Team Support

• Be a reliable point of contact in the office for deliveries, couriers and incoming packages
• Arrange occasional outgoing post and shipments
• Assist with samples, product deliveries and other day-to-day office needs
• Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and operational requests
• Help keep the office organised and running smoothly
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods, launches and other team projects

ABOUT YOU

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for your tasks in a small-team environment
• Interested in ecommerce, fashion, lingerie, beauty or DTC brands
• Previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, customer experience or office administration is advantageous
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias and Canva is advantageous
• Knowledge of lingerie sizing and fit is a bonus, but not essential
• Curious and eager to learn new platforms and marketing skills

HOURS & LOCATION

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with standard office hours of 9am–5pm
• Office-based role, working from our Rosebery office

COMPENSATION

• $55,000–$70,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
