Job summary

SIR. is seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our Australian and Global ecommerce stores. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years ecommerce experience, with premium fashion experience highly desirable.

You will drive website updates, promotions, and ensure a premium on-brand presentation, while collaborating across teams to optimise conversions and deliver the trade calendar.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years ecommerce experience, premium or luxury fashion desirable.
  • Strong Shopify Plus experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Searchspring, Loop Returns, Klaviyo or similar ecommerce technology platforms highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day website updates across Australian and Global ecommerce stores, including new collection launches, website content and product drops.
  • Schedule and activate promotions and sales.
  • Ensure the website is consistently presented to a premium and on-brand standard.
  • Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives in conjunction with the Head of Digital, including personalisation campaigns and A/B testing.
  • Analyse website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV and the overall customer experience.
  • Optimise website content for SEO and GEO.
  • Support the testing and rollout of new website features.
  • Manage and optimise search merchandising strategies, including top search terms, synonyms and no-search-results.
  • Review returns reasons and update product descriptions with relevant size and fit feedback and flag problem styles with the Head of Digital, Customer Care Merchandise team.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to coordinate ecommerce photoshoots and ensure imagery is delivered on schedule and to brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver against the trade and marketing calendar.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years ecommerce experience, with premium fashion experience highly desirable. You will have a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, a commercial mindset, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a premium online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
