Job summary

The Leisures Shoe Boutique, based in Belrose, Sydney, is seeking an Ecommerce and Design Coordinator to own our website, optimise content, and drive conversions. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and a small team to bring campaigns to life across digital and print channels.

We’re looking for a hands-on designer with Shopify experience, strong SEO, and Klaviyo email marketing skills. The role is part-time with potential for full-time hours and growth to an Ecommerce Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ecommerce, digital marketing, or graphic design experience.
• Shopify experience essential; manage product, collection, and theme updates.
• Strong graphic design with Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization.
• Klaviyo experience; build, schedule, and analyze email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of the website, product data, imagery, copy, and pricing.
• Optimise SEO, metadata, site structure, and content for AI-enabled discovery.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve site conversion rate with Head of Marketing.
• Execute website updates in Shopify for launches, collections, banners, and promos.
• Proactively flag UX improvements and support the customer's path to purchase.
• Contribute ideas and analysis to grow the online business and marketing strategy.
• Plan, design, and schedule weekly marketing emails; write or adapt copy for EDMs.
