Job summary

Love to Dream™ is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator/Specialist to own product launches across five markets. You’ll manage product data in our PIM, build pages in Shopify, and ensure timely go-lives with localisation.

This hands-on role works closely with the eCommerce, Product and Brand teams, with AI-enabled tools to speed work. You’ll monitor performance, optimise SEO for product pages, and report results at weekly trade meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, building templates and landing pages.
• Experience with product data at scale, preferably within a PIM.
• Genuine attention to detail with accurate, deadline-driven delivery.
• Exposure to multiple markets or languages, including localisation.
• Comfort with eCommerce performance data and sharing insights with the team.
• On-page SEO knowledge for product pages.

Responsibilities

• Launch products in Shopify across AU, US, UK, EU and CA.
• Build landing pages and navigation using theme sections.
• Maintain product data quality as the range grows.
• Manage launch localisation with AI tools and translation services.
• Keep Launch Calendar aligned with stakeholders.
• Set up and test launch offers, including bundles.
• Collaborate with SEO agency on product-level SEO.
• Report on the first four weeks of trade at weekly meetings.
