Job summary

Peoplebank is recruiting a Senior or Lead Business Analyst to drive a major eCommerce and Loyalty transformation. You will own requirements and delivery outcomes across digital platforms, working with business and technology stakeholders in a large enterprise.

In this high-visibility role, you will map journeys, manage data flows, oversee integrations, and apply Product Ownership principles to prioritise initiatives, delivering tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering eCommerce and/or Loyalty transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, loyalty ecosystems and customer engagement.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting complex requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience across enterprise integrations, customer journeys, data flows and digital platforms.
• Product Ownership capabilities including backlog management and prioritisation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement tech is highly regarded.
• Exposure to Retail, FMCG, CRM, CDP or Customer Identity programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of requirements and delivery outcomes across eCommerce and Loyalty transformation.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Shape future customer experience and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Define and document business and system requirements across digital platforms.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement across divisions.
• Map customer journeys, integrations and data flows across the digital ecosystem.
• Support platform integrations, consent management and legacy migrations.
• Apply Product Ownership principles to prioritise initiatives and delivery.
