Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Service Agent in Rivervale to deliver outstanding service to customers across Western Australia. You will join our friendly Customer Service Centre team and report to the customer service manager.

The role involves handling inbound calls and processing orders for concrete and aggregate products with shifts from early morning to early afternoon, plus occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• No logistics or construction experience required.
• Structured 4-week training program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to daily challenges.
• Collaborative work with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls across Western Australia.
• Effectively manage orders for concrete and aggregate products.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and support.
• Work shifts 5am–1pm, 6:30am–2:30pm, or 9am–5pm on weekdays; occasional Saturdays.
