Heidelberg Materials Group in Rivervale, WA, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our friendly Customer Service Centre. You will report to the customer service manager and help deliver a high level of service to customers across Western Australia.

You will handle inbound calls, manage orders for concrete and aggregate products, and participate in a structured training program. Shifts include early mornings and rotating Saturdays, with strong focus on teamwork and growth.
