Explore & Develop Frenchs Forest is seeking a passionate Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our warm and collaborative team. You will support the delivery of a high-quality educational program and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and NQS
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with EYLF v2.0
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contribute to observations and documentation of children's learning
• Work collaboratively as part of a reflective and professional team
