Job summary

Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre in Baulkham Hills NSW seeks an enthusiastic Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma to join the 3–4 year room on a full-time basis. You will work with a highly regarded Room Leader, contribute to a play-based program, and build strong relationships with children and families in a supportive team.

We are a family-owned service rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard, offering above award wages and a Workers Retention Grant, plus career development

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position (5 days per week) with one paid RDO per month.
• Rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
• Working within the 3–4 year room.
• Collaborating with a passionate Room Leader.
• Contributing to a play-based program that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Working as part of a stable, passionate, and supportive team.

Are you a passionate and qualified Certificate III Educator or a Diploma Educator looking to join a supportive, high-quality early learning service where your contribution is truly valued?

Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our wonderful team on a full-time basis in our 3–4 year room. About the Role

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Values child safety and is willing to undertake and maintain child safety training
• Has a genuine passion for working with young children
• Is reliable, positive, and a strong team player
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is committed to providing high-quality education and care
• Holds a valid Working With Children Check
