Job summary

Early Years Academy in New South Wales is seeking an Experienced Educational Leader to guide an energetic team of educators and build strong relationships with children and families. You will create safe, engaging spaces that support children to thrive and reflect on best practices.

You will lead with creativity, professionalism and a commitment to EYLF/NQS, ensuring a positive, inclusive culture where staff growth is valued and ideas matter.

Qualifications

• Experienced Educational Leader with a solid track record in early childhood.
• ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification or higher.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Child-Safe practices.
• Ability to lead and develop a collaborative teaching team.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
