Explore & Develop Newcastle East is seeking a passionate Educator with Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our warm, family-owned service. You will support a high-quality EYLF v2.0 program and partner with families to nurture children.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with EYLF v2.0.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s learning.
• Work collaboratively as part of a reflective and professional team.
